By accessing or using Kings Connect Auto, you agree to these terms and to the applicable rules of Meta, WhatsApp, and other connected providers. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service Description

Kings Connect Auto provides account access, manual and embedded WhatsApp connection tools, a cloud inbox, media handling, webhooks, support tools, and optional customer-configured AI features. Features may depend on third-party platforms and permissions.

User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate account and business information.
• Keep credentials, devices, and connected accounts secure.
• Use only WhatsApp assets and phone numbers you are authorized to manage.
• Maintain required Meta approvals, permissions, templates, consent, and policy compliance.
• Review automated replies and configure them responsibly.

Acceptable Use

You must use the service lawfully and in accordance with WhatsApp Business Messaging policies, Meta Platform terms, privacy laws, marketing consent rules, and the rights of message recipients.

Prohibited Misuse

• Spam, fraud, impersonation, harassment, or illegal messaging.
• Attempting to access another customer account or data.
• Uploading malicious files or bypassing security controls.
• Extracting secrets, disrupting the service, or abusing APIs.
• Using the service in a way that violates third-party rights or platform rules.

Accounts and Security

You are responsible for activity under your account and for promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access. Kings Connect Auto may apply session controls, rate limits, and other safeguards.

Third-Party Services

Meta, WhatsApp, Google, hosting providers, and customer-selected AI providers operate independently. Their availability, approvals, limits, pricing, and policies are outside Kings Connect Auto control.

Service Availability

The service is provided on an as-available basis. Maintenance, internet failures, hosting issues, provider outages, token expiry, policy enforcement, and API changes may interrupt functionality.

Intellectual Property

Kings Connect Auto and its original software, branding, and documentation remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Customers retain rights in their own business data and message content, subject to required processing permissions.

Suspension and Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated for security risk, unpaid or expired access, unlawful activity, provider-policy violations, abuse, or material breach of these terms. Users may request account closure through support.

Disclaimers

Kings Connect Auto does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, message delivery, Meta approval, a particular response from third-party platforms, or that every integration will remain available.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Kings Connect Auto is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from platform outages, user configuration, unauthorized use, third-party enforcement, or data outside its reasonable control. This clause does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes to These Terms

These terms may change as the service or provider requirements evolve. Continued use after an updated version is published constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

Applicable Law

Applicable legal rights and obligations depend on the facts and the laws that govern the relevant user and transaction. No unconfirmed jurisdiction or company registration is asserted in these terms.
